[Elecraft] ERR 12v

Thanks to all who responded to my email.
The problems seems to be in the Circuit Breaker as all cables and PS are good and delivering the correct voltage.Also, I get a message CHK BREAKER, which indicates that must be the problem.Ordered 1 from Elecraft and if Im lucky, my Texas friend will come by end of next week and he can bring it here.!Keep fingers crossed..!! Hope I can solve the probles asap.

I checked the PS and says 14.1v
Will check tomorrow the cable arriving to the K3 and see..
