[Elecraft] K3 front panel buttons

Hi Mike, K6STR,

There has been a lot of discussion of the front panel button degradation on this forum as well as the newer groups.io forum.  Here is a link to one such thread:

I've also watched a YouTube video of the process of replacing the membrane keypad to the left of the display, but I couldn't recover that link at present.

Hello Martin, I had intermittent problems with some of my buttons (split -A/B and Band as I recall). I ordered a set of front panel buttons from Elecraft. I think it was only $15.00. The replacement process is quite involved. You have to remove the front panel from the main PCB.
