It's also a great rig for SSB and RTTY -- although CW has always been my 
favorite mode, I've a done 15 years of contesting with all three modes 
with my K3s, both at home and in the field. They've been doing Field 
Days and County expeditions for CQP and 7QP since they were new in 2008! 
BTW -- you've also loaded the receivers with all of my favorite roofing 
filters, except that I've never bought the 13kHz filter because I use 
other rigs for FM.
