Good Evening,

    Typical spring weather: heavy rain, bright sun, then snow. Currently 
the snow line is above me due to more heavy rain. Leaves are popping 
out.  Lots of pollen in the air, I had forgotten its effects :)

    The sun is mostly stable this week.  Last week's large sun spot 
group is on the back side of the sun.  In another week it will return to 
toss flares at us again.  Propagation should be fair to OK with moderate 
amounts of random QSB.
