[Elecraft] My K2 has USB mode off by about 1.9kHz

Chris,

Go to my webpage www.w3fpr.com and scroll down in the left column to the 
K2 Frequency Calibration article.
That should give you instructions on not only getting the dial 
calibration correct, but also getting the SSB frequencies within a 
proper range.

Note that the SSB audio frequencies are dependent on the center 
frequency which can be adjusted during the frequency calibration procedure.
