[Elecraft] Overseas distribution and service?

I should have said "had" and not "has".  Actually I forgot the first one 
delivered didn't work as soon as rf was put into it (bit of a problem 
really) so it was swapped for another unit.  From what I have read, 10 
years is not bad in comparison to what others have reported.  In the old 
days, it wasn't that much of a problem as repairs could normally be 
undertaken fairly easily but these days and, in my case, advancing years 
and some downsizing of my service equipment ......
