#1, contact Amazon customer service and inform them what you reported
here. Some years ago I had a similar situation with a Baofeng handheld, it
came with frequencies programmed in it. Amazon was not happy and
immediately issued a refund.
Years ago I bought the CM-500 and a Logitech gaming headset at a much lower
price. (For my K3 and Flex-6300). They both worked very well on both rigs
and I received similar audio reports. The headset padding did not last as
long, but considering it was 1/3rd the price of the CM-500, that was
acceptable.
