[Elecraft] Power glitch turns on KPA1500

I was just monitoring 6m with my K4 on, KPA1500 off.  The AC power dropped out for one second, then came back on.  The K4 turned off, but is apparently undamaged.
However, when the power came back on, the KPA1500 turned itself on.  This is disturbing, as I keep dust covers on the amp when not in use.  I'm not sure what would have happened if I hadn't been around, and and the PS would have been starved of air.
WOL is set to ON, but my WiFi access point has a built-in battery backup, so I doubt that it glitched.  Amp and K4 are hard-wired to the router through a switch.  I'm running the latest beta fw, 2.62 I think.
I don't want this to happen again, but I don't want to have to turn off the white switch at the back of the power supply every time I leave the house, either.  Laptop was on, but FANticipator was not running.
