Good Evening,

    Snow storms ceased intermittently this week, with a short gap 
yesterday.  I spent that time shoveling.  Today there is no sign of my 
work.  March came in like a Turner study of fog, snow, and wind.

   One last X class flare from spot #3234 caused a short RF black out.  
That means there are plenty of ions in the Heaviside layer. Auroras are 
streaming at lower latitudes.  The fog and clouds block my view.  The 
solar flux reading is 175.
