[Elecraft] Starting to Ship K3 & K3S Option Last Time Buy Orders (3/1/23)

I got my e-mail from Michelle a week ago, saying they expected to ship 
KIO3Bs in 5-7 days.  I'm hoping that means I'll be getting an "on the 
way" e-mail very soon
