Many thanks for the comments on tripod adapter. The one at the show was a lot simpler (sorry I didn’t take a photo).
Rather than explain, I’ve made a very crude version with plasticine to show the concept –

It simply had the BNC T piece, the ¼ socket, and a 4mm hole for the radial. As I mentioned, I think this was 3D printed (and a lot neater than my plasticine!).

Does anybody know of a camera tripod screw (1/4-20) to BNC adapter?
It looked like a 3d printed plastic connector with a BNC “T” connector and a 4mm hole for a banana plug for a radial.
