Yes, the KXPA100 works FB with a K2/10, and gives you the built-in 100w ATU if installed.  You can also then hook up a larger amp on the other side of the KXPA100 as well.  
No brag, just fact.  
I urge anyone thinking of building a K2 to get off the fence and order one now.  The K2 is a blast to build, and when you're done, you have a fine, elegant, simple radio to enjoy
The writing is on the wall--supply chain problems and parts unavailability will eventually kill the K2, and it will join the K1 and KX1 in legend.  
These days, I operate my K2 as much as my K4! 
One final thought that never occured to me before it happened--you may not be physically  capable of building a K2 for all of your ham life
