[Elecraft] KBPF3 mod SMD capacitors

We use; C3,C4,C6    0.1uF , 50V, 10% X7R 0603    Elecraft part # E530306
It is not critical.

FYI, it is easiest to just tack the new capacitor on the old one instead 
of removing the old one, wicking, cleaning.
