[Elecraft] Win4K3 - Virtual COM Ports on Windows 10

I'm using VSPM, which K5FR provided free to hams.

It does not do port splitting if that is what you need, and it has
been a few years since I heard from him, but he was blogging as late
as last July, so it is worth a shot to contact him.
