[Elecraft] KPA500 Faulting

Thanks to Jack for suggesting I take a look at the output cable to see if it had any issues.  Sure enough, when I got the top cover off, the end of the black wire that comes from the Gnd Output connector on the PA board and goes to the solder lug on the SO-239 Power Out connector, was staring at me.  This now made complete sense that the SWR issue was more pronounced at higher frequencies.  This was a "ground loop".  The ground loop was a bigger percentage of a wavelength on the higher frequencies and therefore a bigger discontinuity.

The amp is happy now and I am glad to have this in the rear-view mirror.
