[Elecraft] Battery error

Hello to the group ! My KX3 serial numbers in 60xx keeps saying BATTERY ERROR When there are no batteries in it or with batteries in it ? It never did this until I tried to update to the latest firmware. YES,  it downloaded and installed with the usual signs of everything is ok.No matter the band it will shut off turn back on but still same problem. Anyone else have this happen to them ?Thank you and 73 de N1USB Jose
