Good Evening,

    The sun popped out on Ground Hog day.  The Pacific Northwest will 
get another six weeks of fog and rain.  Luckily there will be some snow 
for variety.

    The sun is almost bare this week.  Fewer sunspots and lower flux.  
That should mean lower noise and less QSB.  It could also mean lower 
signal strength.  You just never can tell until you try.
