[Elecraft] K3s communications I/O failed - suggestions?

Hi all!

At some point my K3s stopped communication via the USB Port and RS-232 to the P3.  The USB shows up on the computer as active when plugged in.  Both on Windows and Mac.  Baud rates tried at different values for the P3.  Just no communications.  And, the P3 is pretty hobbled if it can’t get info from the radio.

I just did a factory reset and still no joy on the ports.

Is there anything I’m missing?  Or is it pack and ship time for the old girl?
