I had this problem too.

I use "uMatrix" which blocks third-party resources by default and then
enable what I have to get things to work, or decide not to, depending.

I don't really remember before, but the site now loads from a vast
number of third-party places, including recaptcha.net, which I believe
is Google.  I have long found it unreasonable and offensive that sites
ask users to agree to terms with Google and share data with Google as a
condition of use.

There's also a cookie banner that proclaims "This website uses cookies
to ensure you get the best experience on our website." which I translate
more honestly as "so that we can share information about your use of
this site with Google", among other things (via Google Analytics, which
any competent ad/tracker blocker will block).  I've always found these
cookie statements baffling.   Of course I expect elecraft.com to set and
use first-party cookies for login, remembering preferences or searches,
etc.  By going there I intend to interact with elecraft.   But I don't
expect in a normative sense to be subject to third-party tracking.
