[Elecraft] KXPA100 70 to 80w out Max with KX3 drive at 15W???

Assuming the Power Supply is sufficient, the next thing you should do is
the KX3 + KXPA100 Power calibration. I did this for a fellow ham and it
solved a similar situation:
