[Elecraft] KXPA100 70 to 80w out Max with KX3 drive at 15W???

I don't have anything that would draw 20A's, but I do have an FT-891 and I
think the power supply is good.

FT-891 puts out 98W on full key down with PS reading around 15.3A output in
the same setup as the KX3/KXPA100.
