[Elecraft] Fluorescent RFI solved

Interesting to note that the offending units were several years old.  I have seen no reports of newer Feit unit being problematic.  For that reason I would not avoid Feit out of hand.

Manufacturers change designs all the time so what was OK this month may not be the next.

But I agree that testing before installation is wise.  I do it myself.
