[Elecraft] Recommendation for Microphone for K3s?

I would recommend this, headset wise.

Much better construction than the CM-500 and the Heil Pro Set in my 
opinion.  It does not clamp your head like a RadioSport.

I've tried them all and the W1 is my recommendation.
