[Elecraft] Support email

I have emailed Elecraft Support twice this week but have received no reply or acknowledgement.

Anyone know if they’re working this week?  I was trying to validate that an RSA # that was issued mid-last year is still valid now that there is some reasonable ETA on the K3 option orders.  I was hoping to combine the minor radio repair with installation and checkout of the two items that I had ordered.
