Entirely possible this is a late April Fool’s query, or a freshman fraternity prank designed to bring out the blowhards who will profess knowledge of most things.

When and if the  query is expanded to source commentary from those  “super-well versed” in the behavior of the OCFD,  from under the rock will come more than you ever bargained for.

There are only two possible answers:

No

I speculate that, given the expertise of this group, "Yes" is the right answer.  However, I have no clue how the answer to your question will be useful to you.

I suppose the resulting answers may be more informative than "why didn't my package carrier meet my expectations?".
