[Elecraft] Heil 4 cartridge

Whenever i wear out a Heil headset I get another.  I then take out the Heil whatever that is in it, cast it aside and install my trusty Heil 4.  I've been using it for over 20 years and I seldom run  a pileup without some one telling me I have excellent audio.  
I spent hours listening on my other K3S as I adjusted the 8 channels.  UI wouldn't use any other mic.  I have a spare one just in case.
