[Elecraft] SM$ command

Hello Stefan,

There is a high resolution k3 command ... SMH ... which reports between
5 and 140.  My K3 Programers Manual is very old, the KX2 hadn't been
born then, and it says that the command is not implemented in the KX3,
but adds "Yet" at the end.  It might have been implemented in a firmware
update since I downloaded my PDF.

On my K3 the S-meter reads:

# DOTS Sig Strength
----------------------
    2          S-3
4          S-5
    6          S-7
    8          S-7
12          S-9+20
   16          S-9+40
   20          S-9+60

OK, thanks to your answer I know now that the SM$ command might report exactly the number of dots that are displayed on the KX2 for the S-Meter. But as I am a white sticker, I cannot read that display and do not know to which S-meter values the dots correspond unless it is written in the programmer’s reference. And there they only tell the values for 6, 9, 12, and 15, but not for the other values.
