[Elecraft] K3/0 mini N1MM+ not sending CW from function keys

Hello

I have a remote connection, K3/100, K3/0 mini connected with remoterig boxes

It was working perfectly. I needed to format the control laptop. Installed
Windows 10 again and all software.

I can do SSB and digital, also I can send CW with paddles, BUT I cannot
send CW with N1MM+ function keys

RRC1258 Com0 (Com3)

In N1MM+/config  COM3 is  configured  "CW/Other", and set "DTR to CW".

the RR Control unit.  Under IO settings, "USB DTR as CW" to be "COM0"

in the K3 CONFIG, PTT KEY = OFF OFF

I think this settings are correct, but N1MM+`s function keys are not
sending CW to the radio

any idea what to check?
