[Elecraft] K3 & Voice Keying From N1MM+

In this configuration, you may actually need to use the front panel mic
connector. I have a similar setup to yours, except I have the K3DVR in my
K3. I have my computer set up using the rear jacks, as you, for N1MM
Logger+ and other digital mode software connections. But, I've always used
my front mic connector with my headsets.

Another option, have you tried the right size and type splitter on the rear
mic jack? That might let you accomplish your goal, too.
