[Elecraft] r5 and r4 on kpa3 board?

I had that happen to one of those resistors and the 40 meter coil in the
BPF circuit was basically vaporized. They sent me out the parts to upgrade
the resistors and a new toroid coil all for a very reasonable price. I
replaced the parts and was back in business. They refer to that behavior of
the surface mount resistors as "tombstoning" they over heat and one end
comes loose first and the other end pulls it up in the air. Kind of cute.
