[Elecraft] KX3/KPA100/Powerwerx Question

Maybe it’s the cooling fan of the power supply. When more power is needed the supply gets warmer and the fan spins faster - so you can hear it then. If it’s too annoying, there are more quiet fans with which you could replace the original fan.
