It might work to split it into two problems.

MFJ makes some boxes to switch microphones and rigs, 2:1, 1:2, and 2:2. Maybe more.

There are also simple 2- and 4-channel mixers that would do it.

I use a simple splitter for the headphones and drive everything all the time.

This is a headphone distribution amp (build with op-amps), so you can adjust gain for each output. $29.

Rigblaster makes some nice stuff, though I’m not that familiar with it. I think they have boxes that would replace the Signalink and do the switching.
