[Elecraft] K4 Update "Network Failure" error (Mark / WU6R)

 "R28" is still in beta testing, AFAICT, so you may have to forage around on the firmware download menu screento make sure your K4 will download beta-test firmware.
Either that, or wait a little while for the formal release.
