[Elecraft] on a K3 with dual receivers, can I listen on 2 different bands?

Goto:

CONFIG - VFO IND - set it to YES

You can then listen to different bands on each VFO

You may find more in the manual regarding VFO IND.   Mine is not handy 
so I am not sure
