[Elecraft] [K3] Odd transmit power output behavior on TX DATA

And old familiar problem.

Re-do the TX gain calibration.  Some of the trimmers in the BPFs are known to 
change value over time.  Some of the ones in my K3S had to be replaced.

Then make sure you have enough audio drive to achieve the "4-5 bars" requirement.
