My KAP1500 arrived at Elecraft on June 8 and was shipped back to me July 27. (Should be delivered tomorrow!) I did send notes to support a couple of times asking where it was on the queue and each was answered pretty quickly. 73 and good luck (hope yours is cheaper than mine.....replaced finals..$733 including shipping back to me!)
