[Elecraft] Power reduced

Hi buddies,

Just a quick question regarding a reduction of power in some bands only.
It runs 100w in higher bands, but when I go down to 30, 40 and 80, it looks like it only sends ~60/70 watts. What can be the reason.? I have read that a Hi SWR is cause of that, but when I use the tuner, K3 doesn’t say Hi SWR, so I don’t know what can cause that, any ideas..?
