Good Evening,

    Conditions were not good.  QSB was moderate but noise was high, 
higher on forty meters.  We are still being affected by last week's 
solar events.  The last forecast I read was for a stronger cycle than 
the previous one.  For the last few years the forecasts have predicted 
the opposite.  Non-linear systems are not easy to model.  Time series 
analysis requires a long baseline.  In a few millennia we will be better 
at it.
