[Elecraft] High Signal error on K3S

Thanks I will look at the slides. Please note there is NO sound from the K3 as the S meter jumps around. The hum you hear is the fan on an Ethernet switch under my desk, it sounds much louder than it really is.

Sounds like you have a serious grounding and bonding problem.
