[Elecraft] Update. KX-3 won't turn on with batteries

After contacting Elecraft tech support and a couple emails and pictures they have determined the battery tray has a wiring issue and will send me a replacement after they test it to be sure it is correct. 
I certainly hope they didn’t get a bad batch of battery trays. 

So all is well in the kingdom.
