I second what Jim Brown posted earlier. It's a problem of front-end
overload and/or audio rectification within the affected devices, not of
the transmitter. Those devices should be ignoring your signals, not
reacting to them.
As an engineer and attorney assisting amateurs who have to deal with
those problems, I advise strongly to not make any modifications to the
neighbors' devices themselves. Offer advice such as the clamp-on
ferrite chokes or referral to the manufacturers of those devices. It's
THEIR problem. Offer to make a reasonable number of on-the-air tests of
your station as necessary to reveal the effectiveness (or non-) of any
remedial measures. Otherwise any any problems with the affected deices
will land on you.
