[Elecraft] Parts Swappers

If this was a big problem that would be prudent, but it’s not.  I’ve never had a problem of this sort in years of online trading, selling and buying ham gear.  Others on here have said the same thing.  This is a solution in search of a problem, IMHO.  — 73 de Carl
