[Elecraft] Elecraft K-Pod manual updated -- now covers use with the K4

I’m right handed and use my right hand to send CW as well as to copy. So, the iPod is particularly convenieent to adjust the radio (especially RIT for off-frequency responses). 

I use it every day… can’t believe how convenient it is!
