[Elecraft] KPA1500 cyclic macros?

There has been some discussion on the KX group reflector of cyclic macros for the KX3.
My question is, would this work on the KPA1500?  Could a single macro be written for a PF key that would cycle through the various fan speeds?
P.S.  Thank you ALL for your suggestions in re my XFINITY/COMCAST SHUTOFF.  I will post an update when it has been resolved.
