[Elecraft] HELP! XFINITY SHUT OFF INTERNET DUE TO HAM ANTENNAS

If my memory is still working [chancy at best], "Madman Muntz" pioneered 
the 21 MHz TV IF.  Ranks right in there with the FCC's decision to 86 
Channel 1, move the hams from 5 and 2 1/2 meters to 6 and 2 meters and 
locate TV Ch 2 at 5 meters, putting the 2nd harmonic of 10 [and the 4th 
harmonic of 20] in the middle of it. Having Ch 2 right next to 6m didn't 
help that band much either.

You're fortunate the neighbor gave up
