One of the first clues to look for in regard to the audio level out of
the computer being low is the PTT LED on the Signalink USB does not
illuminate on transmit command from the software.
A second thing is to check the CODEC to see that the correct one is chosen.
If one has the PTT LED illuminating on the Signalink USB, you have the
correct audio level and correct CODEC chosen from the computer.
