[Elecraft] Last round of K3 upgrades

When I answered Pete I must have hit reply and not reply all.
As I told Pete I saw a reference to it being at least 12 weeks after they closed the on line order page.
We're not at 12 weeks and the at least part indicates it may be longer.

I've heard nothing since sending in my order back in the early Spring. Nothing either on the KX3 TxInhiibit VOX bug reported to Elecraft in August last year.
