[Elecraft] K3s Windows sound problem in Windoze

I received some PM responses and am back in business.

It was suggested that I not rename the K3s USB ports so I will give that a
try.

My impression was that Microsoft left the ports alone while renamed but I
have learned/proven that is not the case.

It was suggested that they should be periodically updated by MSFT when not
renamed so I will see how that goes.
