[Elecraft] KX2 to a handlebar mount

(Mike sent me some pictures off-list; the cross-section of the bar is
roughly elliptical, maybe 2-3x taller than it is wide.)

It looks like a strap mount might work. I've got a cheap one for a speaker
on my bike, but if you're going the RAM route, something like this might
work:
