[Elecraft] denatured alcohol vs. Everclear

We used Vodka for cleaning VHF and UHF broadcast transmitters. Told by RCA engineers that that is what was in their expensive bottles sold to radio stations. Other alcohol agents left a residue that would eventually arc over.
